Costco important price references:
.99 → Regular Costco price

.97 → Clearance or manager markdown, possibly exclusive to that store, and often the lowest price

.00 or .88 → Manager markdown, possibly due to low stock, returns, or minor damage

.49 / .69 / .79 → Manufacturer promotions or deals, often on brand-name items

* (asterisk) → Item will not be restocked

Green Label → Organic product

If you see any items you purchased within 30 days marked down, ask a Costco associate where the adjustment desk is and get a refund for the price difference. Receipt would help them find the item quicker (or give them the item number), but they should eventually find it as all your purchases are in their system.
